Unit 29 Bay Parklands is a first floor stunning, renovated 3 bedroom unit with water views and stylish furnishings throughout. There is an open plan, air-conditioned living/ dining area with a wall mounted TV, chrome cast so you can log onto your favourite streaming platform, books, and games to keep everyone entertained.

The living area opens out onto a covered balcony with alfresco dining and a Weber gas BBQ so you can sit back, relax, and take in the water views of Little Beach.

Unit 29 is only 200 metres from the water’s edge of Little Beach. Walk on a level paved pathway and across the road and you will find yourself at the perfect place for all age groups to enjoy the calm swimming waters and fantastic amenities including BBQ’s, boat ramp and Little Beach Boathouse restaurant and bar. If you are after a surf beach Shoal Bay Beach is only a short 600m walk. Nelson Bay and Shoal Bay are both less than 2km's away for cafes, restaurants, boutique shopping and aquatic activities.

A fully equipped kitchen with family size fridge/ freezer, dishwasher and complete cooking facilities including a coffee pod machine. The unit also provides an internal laundry with a top loader washing machine and dryer for your convenience.

Three tastefully decorated bedrooms with the main and second both having ceiling fans, the main also has an ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity. The main bathroom is a three-way design giving you separate shower and bath, vanity and toilet areas, making it very usable and convenient.

Bay Parklands is spread over 5 acres and has an inground pool, tennis court (BYO racquets and balls) and indoor spa area. The unit also provides 2 car parking spaces, 1 being a secure undercover car space and 1 open space on site.

The charging of any electric bicycle, electric scooter, electric skateboard, segway or other like devices (Electric Personal Mobility Devices) or the battery for an Electric Personal Mobility Device is prohibited in this Unit.

The unit is on the first floor accessed by approximately 14 stairs.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

We had an amazing stay at Bay Parklands 29. The location is perfect — Little Beach is right across the road, and it’s an easy walk to Nelson Bay, The Boathouse, and the Diggers for great food and drinks. The apartment is spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with super comfy beds and a peaceful outlook. The tennis court and pool were a great bonus and made the trip even more relaxing. A perfect, easy holiday with everything you need close by. Highly recommend!

Great apartment close to beaches

Even though we stayed in winter, it was great to be only a short walk from either Little Beach or Shoal Bay Beach. The unit is neat & tidy with all the amenities you could wish for on hand. The tranquil view through the trees to Little Beach is lovely and we took full advantage soaking in the views with a couple of drinks on the balcony with visits from the Kookaburras and Lorikeets. We'll be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Bay Parklands, 29/2 Gowrie Avenue. Both Nelson Bay and Shoal Bay are within easy walking distance and there are great places to eat and plenty to do around the area. The view looking out over the park and Little Beach was lovely and it was a pleasure to sit out on the balcony even in the middle of winter. The unit is very well equipped with everything you need for a holiday. It was clean, well maintained and spacious. The hosts were amazing. Thoroughly recommended.

This accommodation is everything it promises and more. A spacious and well thought out living space with fantastic amenities. The apartment was clean with comfortable furniture and bedding for a cozy stay, and the location is so convenient! Only a short walk to the beach, coffee shop or restaurant, and a short drive into the heart of Nelson Bay. Only two of us stayed this time, but with the other two rooms available we would love to be back with additional family and friends!

Bay Parklands is an ideal holiday stay - efficient booking and checkin arrangements and reliable service. Our apartment had a lovely tree outlook and beach view, right across the street from Little Bay beach which is a quiet children friendly beach area with Little Boathouse Restaurant from where you can order an excellent takeaway fish and chips or dine in for sophisticated seafood meals. Highly recommended. Generous kitchen equipment and supplies included.

I’m so impressed with this unit! Immaculately presented, spacious & comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped & the lounge/dining has enough room for everyone. We loved our stay! The apartment was super clean and well kept, very impressed. We found the location very handy to everything we wanted to do and the grounds are well maintained. The sunsets at Little Beach are to die for! The only thing we were surprised about was the rec/spa room was in the underground carpark and pretty rough. We didn’t use them which was a shame in this colder weather. Overall would definitely come back
