The living area opens out onto a covered balcony with alfresco dining and a Weber gas BBQ so you can sit back, relax, and take in the water views of Little Beach.
Unit 29 is only 200 metres from the water’s edge of Little Beach. Walk on a level paved pathway and across the road and you will find yourself at the perfect place for all age groups to enjoy the calm swimming waters and fantastic amenities including BBQ’s, boat ramp and Little Beach Boathouse restaurant and bar. If you are after a surf beach Shoal Bay Beach is only a short 600m walk. Nelson Bay and Shoal Bay are both less than 2km's away for cafes, restaurants, boutique shopping and aquatic activities.
A fully equipped kitchen with family size fridge/ freezer, dishwasher and complete cooking facilities including a coffee pod machine. The unit also provides an internal laundry with a top loader washing machine and dryer for your convenience.
Three tastefully decorated bedrooms with the main and second both having ceiling fans, the main also has an ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity. The main bathroom is a three-way design giving you separate shower and bath, vanity and toilet areas, making it very usable and convenient.
Bay Parklands is spread over 5 acres and has an inground pool, tennis court (BYO racquets and balls) and indoor spa area. The unit also provides 2 car parking spaces, 1 being a secure undercover car space and 1 open space on site.
The unit is on the first floor accessed by approximately 14 stairs.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.
Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.
Unfortunately, we are unable to allow pets at this property.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
