It is a family friendly complex which offers a communal solar heated swimming pool, indoor communal spa, tennis court with night lights, unit 32 supplies 3 tennis racquets and balls. All this and an easy 200 metre level walk straight to Little Beach which is perfect for children as there is a fantastic childrens playground and the water is perfect to swim as it is very calm.
There is also a popular picnic area with BBQs and toilet facilities, a great restaurant and bar at Little Beach Marina Boathouse. If youre after the surf beach than beautiful Shoal Bay beach is a short 600m walk or if a relaxing coffee is what youre after than the famous Inner Light Tea Room is at your fingertips, this is where you can tantalise your taste buds with fresh scones and coffee whilst taking in the breathtaking water views of Port Stephens, Bay Parklands is definitely the ideal location for a relaxed beach side holiday where everyones needs are catered for.
Unit 32 is an immaculate, three-bedroom, air conditioned, spacious, light filled unit with stylish and comfortable furnishings. The dining and living area have stunning cane furniture throughout, and for your added entertainment there is a flat screen TV with surround sound, DVD, Xbox 360 Kinect. The open plan living area opens out to a covered balcony with an outdoor setting and lounge so you can truly relax and enjoy the filtered water views to Little Beach and cook up a storm on the electric kettle style BBQ.
Fully equipped kitchen with granite bench-tops with plenty of bench space to prepare meals, stainless steel oven, microwave, dishwasher and a full family size fridge/ freezer. The internal laundry is adjacent to the kitchen and has a front loader washing machine and dryer for your convenience.
The main bedroom has an ensuite and the third bedroom has the second TV and DVD player so the kids can watch their movies. There is a modern three-way bathroom with a standard size bath with shower and separate toilet making this a very usable space.
One communal undercover car space is available plus one open car space is available.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.
Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.
Pets are not welcome at this property.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

An excellent location with a 2 minute walk through the beautifully manicured 'parklands' to Little Beach. The refurbished unit is spacious with lovely beachside decor. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well equipped and the 2 bathrooms were immaculate. We would stay here again.

Our extended family booked a number of townhouses at the same time at this property. The accomodation was nice enough and had everything we needed however there was no bbq available, as advertised. It is on the third floor and the car park area is along way to carry lugguage and then up three flights of stairs. You need a key for everything, to get in and out of the carpark, the pool, the spa and the block you are in. It is good there is security however it is very painful when you have 4 adults staying in the accomodation as no one can do their own thing without having to arrange one person to be home or the key be available. May sound like that is not a big deal but becomes very painful if 3 are heading out and you want to go for a simple walk.
We booked this as a prexmas holiday for what has been a terrible year ‘ as something for us all to look forward to! The position is perfect with good amenities and nice view from the balcony!’..The unit itself was spacious enough for a family of four ,with use of the tennis rackets handy and new dishwasher and dryer however ceiling fans to ventilate the unit would of been amazing and the white carpet made us nervous
