Imagine sitting back on the balcony and gazing at the water views of Little Beach whilst cooking up a feast on the gas BBQ and taking in the serenity of the parklands and birdlife.

Spacious and tastefully furnished, three bedrooms all having ceiling fans and the main having an ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and the third bedroom provides a TV and DV which is perfect for the kids.  The bathroom is designed as a three way design giving you a separate room for the shower and bath, toilet and vanity areas, makes holidays easy living.

Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, family size fridge/ freezer and complete cooking facilities. The bonus of having your own internal laundry with a top loader washing machine and dryer is a huge benefit. The unit provides 2 car spaces , one being secure undercover and one being open roof top, there is also a complex pool, spa, tennis court and loads of room for children to play as Bay Parklands is located on 5 acres.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

Great little apartment a short walk to Little Beach, great for kids. Good value for the area, but not much space inside so perfect if you will be outdoors all day.

We have just returned from a weeks stay at 36/2 Bay Parklands and thoroughly enjoyed it. This apartment is comfortable, clean and spacious. With a few very hot days the air conditioning was a welcome releif and got us through until we were able to get back to the beach in the afternoon. The proximity to Little Beach was fantastic and handy for the hot days and late afternoon walks along the sand. We enjoyed the sea creatures and pelicans...we even saw a dolphin come right in near the shore!

Great location, great apartment, perfect for what we needed. 3 flights of stairs even provided good exercise. Secure Parking available underneath (beware Concrete pillars) & another space above... Highly recommend...


Very well laid out apartment


We just got back from a weeks holiday, it was terrific , close to the beach. The apartment was spotless and very well designed, bedrooms at the back and views to the water and parkland from the living areas. Good beds, will book again, but will stay longer....
