44 Bay Parklands has everything to keep everyone happy, FREE WIFI, Netflix, Smart TV and even an XBOX 360 with two controllers and a selection of games, the kids will love it. The living area has the Smart TV, DVD player, CD player, ceiling fan and air conditioning, the living area opens out onto the balcony where you get amazing views and a gas BBQ to cook up a storm.

The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could imagine, dishwasher, microwave and a Nespresso compatible DeLonghi coffee machine with frother. Off the kitchen is the internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer.

Three spacious bedrooms with the main having an ensuite and ceiling fans in both the main and third bedrooms. There is a porta cot and High Chair for your convenience as well which is stored in the main bedroom wardrobe. The ensuite has a shower, toilet, hairdryer and vanity whilst the main bathroom is a three-way design, giving you a separate bath and shower room, vanity area and toilet, there is also a hairdryer in the main bathroom as well.

Bay Parklands is a family friendly complex with a solar heated pool, spa, tennis court, table tennis and established gardens and manicured lawns spread over 5 acres. Only a quick level 300 metre walk to Little Beach for perfect swimming conditions, picnic area, free BBQ facilities, boat ramp and the famous Little Beach Boathouse where you can watch the most amazing sunsets whilst sipping on a beverage or having a beautiful dinner.

The best of both worlds is within ten-minute walking distance, choice of either fish & chips and dine by the water or Diggers Club where you can get an a la carte or buffet meal.

The complex provides parking as one secure undercover car space and one-off streetcar space, the owner provides the tennis racquets, tennis balls and table tennis racquets.

Linen: -

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

A very comfortable apartment and a great location. We appreciated that a porta cot and high chair were made available free of charge and the added bonus of beach toys. Plus we had free wi- fi and Netflix. We would definitely book the apartment again
