The living area has the Smart TV, DVD player, CD player, ceiling fan and air conditioning, the living area opens out onto the balcony where you get amazing views and a gas BBQ to cook up a storm.
The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could imagine, dishwasher, microwave and a Nespresso compatible DeLonghi coffee machine with frother. Off the kitchen is the internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer.

There is a porta cot and High Chair for your convenience as well which is stored in the main bedroom wardrobe. The ensuite has a shower, toilet, hairdryer and vanity whilst the main bathroom is a three-way design, giving you a separate bath and shower room, vanity area and toilet, there is also a hairdryer in the main bathroom as well.
Bay Parklands is a family friendly complex with a solar heated pool, spa, tennis court, table tennis and established gardens and manicured lawns spread over 5 acres. Only a quick level 300 metre walk to Little Beach for perfect swimming conditions, picnic area, free BBQ facilities, boat ramp and the famous Little Beach Boathouse where you can watch the most amazing sunsets whilst sipping on a beverage or having a beautiful dinner.
The best of both worlds is within ten-minute walking distance, choice of either fish & chips and dine by the water or Diggers Club where you can get an a la carte or buffet meal.
