Unit 54 is a child friendly, air conditioned comfortable three-bedroom unit on the second floor and now provides WIFI.

Bay Parklands Estate at Nelson Bay is positioned over 5 acres with established gardens and plenty of grassed areas for the kids to play, it is a family friendly complex which offers a communal solar heated swimming pool, indoor communal spa, tennis court with night lights. All this and an easy 200 metre level walk straight to Little Beach which is perfect for children as there is a fantastic childrens playground and the water is perfect to swim as it is very calm.

There is also a popular picnic area with BBQs and toilet facilities, a great restaurant and bar at Little Beach Marina Boathouse. If youre after the surf beach than beautiful Shoal Bay beach is a short 600m walk or if a relaxing coffee is what youre after than the famous Inner Light Tea Room is at your fingertips, this is where you can tantalise your taste buds with fresh scones and coffee whilst taking in the breathtaking water views of Port Stephens, Bay Parklands is definitely the ideal location for a relaxed beach side holiday where everyones needs are catered for.

Unit 54 is a child friendly, air conditioned comfortable three-bedroom unit on the second floor with WIFI. The open plan living area is tiled throughout and opens out to a covered balcony with outdoor dining and BBQ facilities, just a great place to sit back, relax and take in the beautiful views of the park and birdlife.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, all cooking facilities, family size fridge/ freezer and plenty of bench space to prepare meals. The internal laundry is adjacent to the kitchen and provides a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.

Both the main bedroom and second bedroom have ceiling fans and the main bedroom also provides an ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity. The third bedroom has a TV which is used for DVD only as there is no aerial connection. The three-way bathroom has the convenience of providing a full-size bath, shower, separate vanity area and separate toilet.

One secure undercover car space and one open car space provided.

The charging of any electric bicycle, electric scooter, electric skateboard, segway or other like devices (Electric Personal Mobility Devices) or the battery for an Electric Personal Mobility Device is prohibited in this Unit.

(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Great unit for families and couples alike! Quiet and close to “Little Beach” and an easy walk into Nelson Bay !

The unit was clean and as per description, was good to have some toys and extra TV. It is an easy walk to Little beach and the spa was a hit with the kids however where the spa is positioned isn't really a nice spot (in underground carpark) for adults to relax in, but as I say a hit for our kids. The collection and return of the keys was very quick and efficient and staff were lovely, very different to our previous experience with another agency. I highly recommend renting thru McGraths.

Thoughtfully presented by owners as a family holiday location. Outlook is beautiful. Loved it. Only a long dressing mirror was all we missed.
