Sitting directly opposite Little Beach and located on the ground floor, you will find this spacious, air conditioned, family friendly, two-bedroom unit that overlooks the manicured and shaded lawns of Bay Parklands.

Being on the ground floor gives you plenty of space for the children to run around and play on the grass directly in front of the unit and provides a long balcony with outdoor alfresco dining and private gas BBQ facilities.

The open plan living room flows out onto the enclosed sunroom that can be used as a third bedroom or second living area as it provides a double innerspring sofa bed, TV and DVD player. This open plan area provides a split system air conditioner, large flat screen TV with a Blu-ray DVD player, WIFI, Foxtel and filtered water views looking straight down to Little Beach.

There is a fully equipped kitchen fitted out with a dishwasher, microwave, complete cooking facilities and a large family size fridge/ freezer. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and the main has an ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity and access through a sliding door to the enclosed sunroom area. The main bathroom provides a bath with shower overhead, vanity and a separate toilet, the unit also provides an internal laundry with a top loading washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.

Bay Parklands is spread over 5 acres and is a family friendly complex with a solar heated pool, spa, tennis court (BYO racquets and balls), established gardens and plenty of grass areas for the kids to play.

A quick two minute walk and you are at Little Beach which is known for the calm waters for children to swim and paddle board, Little Beach also provides picnic tables, free BBQ facilities, toilet facilities, boat ramp and with Wests Diggers Nelson Bay club only a quick five minute walk away makes Bay Parklands the ideal location for a family, child friendly, beachside holiday.

The complex provides two allocated car spaces per unit, one single secure undercover space (2.1m in Height x 5.8m in Length) as well as one single rooftop car space.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

PERFECT LOCATION

This is the third year that myself and 3 other ladies have booked this apartment. The location and facilities in the complex are great, fortunately this year management had organised for a volunteer (I assume) to do the Covid cleaning of the pool and we were able to still use the pool. Our apartment had been renovated with new carpet and lounge, well received. We have already rebooked for next year.
