62 Bay Parklands is a fantastic unit in a great location. Right across from Little Beach and numerous eating spots are only a short walk away.

Unit 62 is one of the larger units in the estate and is located on the first floor. There are filtered water views to Little Beach from the large balcony.

The air-conditioned living area is filled with natural light and provides a great array of entertainment for the children with WIFI, DVDs, books and toys.  There is also a flat screen TV, DVD player, iPod dock and highchair available.  The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need including dishwasher, microwave and all cooking facilities, family size fridge and freezer and a gas BBQ with side burner wok on the balcony.

Three great sized bedrooms with the main bedroom providing an ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity, second TV with built in DVD player, ceiling fan and access to the balcony so the natural sea breeze comes flowing through.

The main bathroom has a shower over the bath, separate toilet and separate vanity area and the bonus of having an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer ticks all the boxes. There is parking for two vehicles at the complex with one being in the undercover secure carpark and one-off streetcar space.

Bay Parklands is a family friendly complex with a solar heated pool, spa, tennis court, established gardens and plenty of grass areas for the kids to play.  A quick two-minute walk and youre at Little Beach where the waters are calm and perfect for children to swim, picnic area, free BBQ facilities, kids playground and the boat ramp. This is the ideal location for your next beachside relaxing holiday.

Linen: -

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

Easy access to everything, great location

This is a really great spot right near the beach. Although the decor is little dated, it fit our purpose. The balcony was great, we loved seeing the bird life and a small glimpse of the sea as we read our books. The only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars was because it was advertised as having a pool and spa. These were inaccessible as they were closed due to COVID. I understand why they were closed, but the apartment shouldn't be advertised as having these if it has been known they were closed for a fair while.
