Fabulous stay at the Bay

My family and I just spent a fantastic week in unit 68 at Bay Parklands, Little Beach. The unit was fabulous and had been renovated beautifully. The standout of the week, was arriving to find an impeccably clean unit. Please pass on our appreciation to the owners of what is clearly a much loved unit and the cleaning team who did such an outstanding job of having the unit ready for our arrival. We will definitely be back to stay.


Best exprience


I am so happy that I.booked this place and was surprised to see how clean and modern and how everything u needed in a house was added to this house I enjoyed staying here and recommend it to anyone who is interested in renting this property.


Everything you need


Great place to stay. Excellent location & reasonable price. Stayed here over the Christmas holiday with my family & everyone had a wonderful time. The unit had everything we need to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Rooms didn't have air conditioning which made it quite hot during summer but everything else was good. Recommended and will book again.

Perfect getaway


We stayed in this apartment for a friends weekend away and after reading the current review was unsure what to expect, however the new property owners have done a great job at rectifying the issues aforementioned. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The balcony with the brand new BBQ and outdoor setting was a great way to unwind for afternoon drinks. The rooms had brand new ceiling fans and the furniture had all been recently upgraded. The location was brilliant with only a minutes walk to the beach and boathouse for the sunset. There was 8 guys staying over the weekend and we felt we had ample space and the apartment configuration with the bedrooms seperate from the living space would make a family holiday with kids ideal. I will be definitely bringing my family here for our next holiday to the bay.


Not the best


There were a few things that were very disappointing with this property. I wouldn't recommend staying until the following is fixed. 1 - Property is for 8 guests, only 4 outdoor chairs provided and a table that's roughly 40cmx40cm. The balcony was covered with very old bird poo. 2 - The bed in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable. 3- The bunk beds are only suitable for small children as in the bottom bed you can't even sit up. 4 - No bbq, yet they have bbq utensils?? 5 - Dirty, very dirty. Spiderweb everywhere. We found poo( I believe it was mouse poo) in the draws in the bedrooms. 6 - They had 1 fan for 8 guests, the windows can only open up 12cm and we had 1 fan. Because we came during the Christmas break we had to wait a couple of days in sweltering heat to get fans from the agency. 7 - Worst of all, no flyscreens. If you don't like having wasps fly into your apartment, then this isn't the place for you. On the positive side, location was good. Pool was nice and the apartment itself was quite big. Location was very nice as well. Unfortunately, we couldn't wait to get out of that property. It has potential, however, there seems to be no care for the guests from the property owners.
