This elegant unit has recently had renovations done to the living area and kitchen, it houses a stylish bedroom with ceiling fan and featuring linen and bed making to ensures a restful night's sleep. The bathroom provides a shower, toilet and single vanity, while one designated off street car parking space provides convenient and worry-free parking.

The holiday unit's indoor living area is an open plan design with the comforts of air conditioning and a well-equipped kitchen including dishwasher, family size fridge/ freezer, hotplates, convection oven/ microwave and air fryer. The property also has a shared laundry which can be found downstairs separate to the unit with a coin-operated laundry ($3- prewash) shared laundry for your convenience.

Wifi and Vacuum cleaner.

My stay was very enjoyable...just like to bring some things to your attention. It would have been nice to have access to WiFi. The vacuum cleaner needs to be thoroughly cleaned to increase the suction. It was near impossible to clean properly with it in its current condition. Kind Regards, Trevor.

We found this apartment very clean and comfortable. Well appointed kitchen, comfortable bed and a hot shower. Living space was not cramped. As the weather was not very good for a couple of days we found the apartment dark but as weather cleared we could enjoy the balcony and some sunshine. Loved that the beach was just across the road and we could walk to marina and shops.

Great location , but the units air conditioning did not work or the exhaust fan in the bathroom plus the wrong keys were on the key tab for access to the cloths dryer, other wise ok for a short stay

We had such an uncomfortable stay at 5/21 Victoria Pde. We couldn’t use the sofa bed as it was stained and dirty! The whole place is outdated. For the price paid we expected a lot better. We’ve stayed at much better apartments in Nelson Bay for the same price in the past. We do not recommend this place.

Great unit in small quiet block, off street parking, beach across the road, water views from balcony, club around the corner, shopping center and marina 5 mins walk along the foreshore, perfect getaway for a couple.

I enjoyed my 2-week stay at this apartment. It's a great little place to base yourself to explore Port Stephens and the sunsets are to die for. Location is convenient and it had everything I needed. Read below for my pros and cons. Although I listed some cons, I would recommend staying here. It would be great if the owner could update the couch and give the kitchen a good deep clean to make this place closer to an 5 out of 5.

A humble, clean, nice place to stay. It is not the Ritz, but the value for money is great. Across the street from the beach, 5-7 min walk to town, and everything you need in a holiday rental. I would be more than happy to stay there again.

Good points: -instant hot water in the shower -good location, - just meters from the beach, - close to the town center and parkland - warf just down the road -quiet -comfortable -bright -long balcony Not so good points: -kitchen is a bit small -more saucepans needed -stairs to climb up (if you are elderly) In all, our stay was very pleasant and we would return to this unit. Thank you

The unit was neat and tidy and had everything you’d need in it. It was a bit run down and could do with some updating but the location made up for it. The only disappointing thing we experienced was having to pay the real estate agent $80 for accidentally locking the keys in. We drove into their office to collect another set of keys (took 15 minutes in total) and was slugged more than a nights accommodation for our mistake. Other than that Nelson Bay was wonderful and relaxing with lots to do and see.

Happy with my stay only thing I would get you to note on your website is that it has stairs as we got it for my 80 year old Nan was hard for her to get up and down after a knee op last year freezer wouldn't freeze my ice cream so only issue or it was perfect
