We offer a different experience at Beach house 7 and we hope you will agree.

The beach house is set high on the hill overlooking One Mile and Samurai Beaches. The air conditioned lounge, dining room and kitchen are enclosed by full length glass offering you panoramic ocean and bush views. Sit back, relax and unwind; let the tranquillity work its magic or cook up a storm or a BBQ then sit back and enjoy the fruits of your labour whilst taking in the view. If the ocean is not enough then the birds and wildflowers provide their own magic.

Feel like something more active?

You might like to take a 5 -7 minute walk through the bush down to One Mile Beach but please keep in mind its a bush track and steep in parts and might take a little longer to get back up.

Walk the beach, take a swim, go for a surf or try out the surf ski.

If the beach water is a little too cool for you then why not take a dip in the communal spa and pool? You will feel like you are on top of the world gazing out over the surrounding Tomaree National Park.

If you feel like venturing further afield then the delights of Nelson Bay are a 10 minute drive.

When it's time for a snooze there are 3 bedrooms all with ceiling fans and air conditioning.

Bed linen and towels are provided so there will be less to pack, more room in the car, the beds will be made up prior to your arrival and you won't need to take the dirty linen home with you. Your trip will be so much more relaxing!

When it's time to go just lock up then drop the keys in the letterbox and you will be on your way. Leaving will be sad but we hope that you will be feeling relaxed and rejuvenated with many happy memories of Beach house 7 so that you will have a One Mile smile when you remember your stay.

No use of hot coals or ash on balconies, please use the BBQ provided on balcony.

Strict complex rules :- - no boats, jet skis, or trailers allowed within the complex of One Mile Ridge.

  • pets are not permitted.
  • no music to be played in the pool area at any time
  • no balcony use after 10.30pm
  • no fires or coal BBQ's permitted at the property

Bedroom 1 (upstairs) - Queen bed + air conditioning + ceiling fan + TV + ensuite with spa bath (all linen is provided)

Bedroom 2 (downstairs) - Queen bed + air conditioning + ceiling fan (all linen is provided)

Bedroom 3 (downstairs) - 1 Split king ensemble (please advise if king or 2 singles are required for linen purposes) +1 x Single bed + ceiling fan + air conditioning (all linen is provided)

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.

Obligations to neighbours – Section 2.5.2 of the Code of Conduct

A guest must not at any time during the occupancy period:-

(a) create noise that because of its level, nature, character, or quality, or the time it is made, is likely to harm, offend, or unreasonably disrupt or interfere with the peace and comfort of neighbours and other occupants of the premises
(b) act in a violent or threatening manner towards neighbours or other occupants of the premises
(c) act in a manner that could reasonably be expected to cause alarm or distress to neighbours and other occupants of the premises
(d) use or enjoy the premises in a manner, or for a purpose, that interferes unreasonably with the use or enjoyment of common property by neighbours and other occupants of the premises in a strata or community scheme
(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Excellent family holiday home

Comfortable, very well-equipped holiday home in stunningly beautiful setting. To wake up each day to the sight only of mountains, beach and bush was calming and relaxing. A large barbecue and plenty of chairs enabled us to manage family lunches and dinners with ease over the holiday period. Oldies like my husband and self had to negotiate exit from the shower over the large hob of the spa bath with great care - a grab handle would be a big help and make it safer. We had a wonderful stay.

I booked this house 1 week before and it did not disappoint, very clean! Very beautiful house, would definitely stay again. 2 second walk to the pool and maybe 5-8 min walk to the beach! It rained while we stayed, but you wouldn’t notice as there’s so much to do inside the house, with all the dvds and games that were provided that it didn’t ruin the mood. Very nice property manager. Would 100% recommend and 100% come back.

I recently stayed at Beach House 7 with my husband and 2 young boys for 8 nights. The house was perfect for our needs. It has an attractive, modern interior with amazing views overlooking One Mile Beach. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The living/dining room is light and airy and the bedrooms are very comfortable. The house shares a lovely infinity pool and spa which we used every day. I would wholeheartedly recommend this house as a place to stay for anyone wishing to experience the beauty of the Port Stephens area.

We had a most enjoyable stay. Accommodation supplied everything you would possibly need. Pack your bag with personal essentials only. Stunning view of the beach and mountainous coastline. Wonderful deck and gorgeous little private outdoor nooks to enjoy your Nespresso coffee. We will return
