It has direct walking access to the surf beach or the quieter Boat Harbour beach via a sandy track through the national park or a short 3-minute drive for those who prefer it.

Beach View at One Mile is beautifully furnished with polished timber floors throughout leading onto the large balcony with expansive ocean views and gas BBQ, a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the coastal lifestyle. The main bedroom is upstairs and opens out onto the balcony and the beach and bay views beyond. It has a large ensuite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. The two large downstairs bedrooms are self contained with their own bathroom and open out onto their own deck and the national park with the sounds of birds and crashing waves.
Smart TV and WIFI, fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and gas cook top for those who love to cook, and the convenience of full laundry facilities including dryer.
This residential complex has a beautiful infinity pool and heated spa in which to relax or sit back to watch the sunsets. There are great walking trails all around for those who would like to explore the coastline or experience the flora and fauna of the Tomaree National Park.
PLEASE NOTE COMPLEX POOL WILL BE CLOSED FROM 1 MAY FOR APPROXIMATELY 12 WEEKS DUE TO RENOVATION WORK. THERE WILL BE DISRUPTION DURING THE RENOVATION THROUGH NOISE, TRUCK DELIVERIES AND RUBBISH REMOVAL.
You have the option to either hire or bring sheets and towels with you, no pets, no smoking and no parties to be held at the property.
STRICT COMPLEX RULES - No boats, jet skis, trailers or pets allowed within the complex of One Mile Ridge.
- No music to be played in the pool area at any time
- No balcony use after 10.30pm
No use of hot coals or ash on balconies, please use the BBQ provided on balcony.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.
Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.
Pets are not welcome at this property.

By making a payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Info tab on our website or via the link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.
This property is to be used as holiday rental only, it is not to be used as a principal place of residence. Please refer to our Terms and conditions also found on the Guest Info tab on our website.
Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
