(f) intentionally, recklessly, or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

We had a such a peaceful stay at ‘Between Beaches’perfect location nice leafy outlook ,short walk to little beach & Nelson Bay .Spotless and cozy , comfortable beds games books & well equipped kitchen even has a water filter. Great family getaway home away from home can’t wait to return!

Truly lives up to its name. Our stay wasn’t nearly long enough! The unit has everything you could ask for — amenities are A+. The bathroom is amazing, the kitchen is spacious and well equipped with a Nespresso machine and dishwasher, and there’s air-conditioning made the stay even more comfortable. The chairs and beds are incredibly comfy, with multiple pillow to suit everyone. Very clean. Just a 5-minute walk to the beach, it’s the perfect place to relax and unwind. I’ll definitely be back
