Between the Bays has an open plan, air-conditioned living and dining area, that flows through to the fully equipped kitchen that is fitted with a dishwasher, microwave, family size fridge/ freezer, electric cooktop, Nespresso Coffee Machine (BYO Pods) and loads of stone bench tops to prepare the family meals.
Three bedrooms are located upstairs and all have ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans, the main bedroom also has an ensuite with shower, toilet, and vanity and the trundle bed which is stored under the Queen bed with the single mattress stored in the walk-in-robe. Bedroom two has a Queen Bed and bedroom three has a Queen bed and Single bunk.
The owners provide a port-a-cot, highchair and baby gate (located under staircase) for your convenience. The main bathroom has a separate toilet area, shower, bath, and vanity.
There is an internal laundry with a front loader washing machine and a clothesline for drying facilities, the bonus of having a third toilet located near the laundry makes holidaying with a large group easy.
Enough parking for 3 cars in the driveway (no garage access) and only a few minutes’ walk to Shoal Bay Beach, Little Beach and Wests Diggers Club makes this just perfect.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.
Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.
Pets are not welcome at this property.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
