Big Wave at Shoal Bay is an expansive property located between Little Beach and Shoal Bay Beach. An easy level stroll to either Shoal Bay Beach which is just 300m walk and Little Beach 900m walk in the other direction.

Only a two-minute drive to Shoal Bay or five-minute drive to Nelson Bay makes Big Wave at Shoal Bay the perfect destination for your next large family gathering. You get to choose which beautiful beach to stroll to each day with Shoal Bay Beach just a 300m walk and Little Beach 900m in the other direction.

Little Beach Boathouse restaurant and bar offers fine dining or casual snacks whilst looking over the beautiful water ways of Port Stephens. Little Beach is also famous for the Inner Tea Lighthouse Café which serves incredible scones and offers magnificent views over the bay and out the headlands. Nelson Bay and Shoal Bay offer an array of boutique shops, cafes, restaurants, the famous Shoal Bay Country Club, fun water-based activities, and entertainment are less than 2km drive or an easy walk.

Big Wave at Shoal Bay is a large two storey family home that is tastefully furnished throughout and provides the comforts and luxury of ducted air conditioning in every room and linen and bed making. Ideal for the extended family with the ground level offering an open plan dining, living and kitchen area which opens out onto the undercover entertainment area with outdoor furnishings, gas BBQ, ceiling fan and large fully enclose yard which is perfect for the children to run around and play.

The lounge/ dining area has beautiful timber floors, wall mounted Smart TV, Sonos Sound System, ceiling fan, free unlimited Wi-Fi, and DVD player. The owners provide a highchair for the younger guests as well. Spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a modern window splashback and beautiful stone benchtops, dishwasher, complete cooking facilities including electric cooktop, oven, microwave, family size fridge/ freezer with water and ice and the choice of either the coffee pod machine or Giotto Rocket Espresso machine.

The downstairs level also has the main bedroom with an ensuite with shower, toilet, and double vanity plus a separate powder room with a toilet and vanity for guest convenience and a large sitting area with two recliners so you can sit back, relax, and read a book in peace.

Moving upstairs you will enter the third living area which has a TV, ceiling fan, ducted air conditioning and access to the balcony to let the natural sea breezes flow through. There is also a second dining area and kitchenette with a bar fridge and sink, making Big Wave at Shoal Bay perfect for the entire extended family having their own space.

Four more bedrooms all with ducted air conditioning, main bathroom and third bathroom are also on the upstairs level, the main bathroom has a stunning freestanding bath, shower, and vanity (no toilet), whilst the third bathroom has a shower, toilet, and vanity – all up this house has three showers, three toilets and a bath.

Downstairs has a large internal laundry with a front loader washing machine and a double lock-up garage with remote and driveway parking for additional vehicles or a boat.

We had the most beautiful stay at Big Wave in Shoal Bay. The house had lots of space for everyone to either do their own thing or hang out together. We loved cooking in the spacious kitchen and the kids had a great time playing and running around in the garden. Short walking distance to the beach is obviously a big bonus. Thanks for a lovely weekend. We will back for sure.

Beautiful spacious house, multiple living spaces and very comfortable. Two blocks from Shoal Beach and close by cafes and shops in Nelson Bay which made it a very relaxing and enjoyable summer holiday.

A lovely modern spacious family/group holiday home, perfect for entertaining or kicking back in coastal luxury, boasting the ultimate location nestled between Nelson Bay marina and Shoal Bay beach. This was a great house to escape for a few days with the family...plenty of room for everyone and even when the weather wasn't the best - and beautiful places to walk and eat - everything so close - just left the car in the garage for the weekend and wandered everywhere. Had a wonderful weekend in this spacious, comfortable, modern house....space for everyone with the 2 different living areas plus a room to escape to and a beautiful sun filled back deck looking onto the great private backyard. An easy 2 block walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to restaurants - we didnt get the car out all weekend... we loved it.
