Nelson Bay and Shoal Bay offer an array of boutique shops, cafes, restaurants, the famous Shoal Bay Country Club, fun water-based activities, and entertainment are less than 2km drive or an easy walk.
Big Wave at Shoal Bay is a large two storey family home that is tastefully furnished throughout and provides the comforts and luxury of ducted air conditioning in every room and linen and bed making. Ideal for the extended family with the ground level offering an open plan dining, living and kitchen area which opens out onto the undercover entertainment area with outdoor furnishings, gas BBQ, ceiling fan and large fully enclose yard which is perfect for the children to run around and play.
The lounge/ dining area has beautiful timber floors, wall mounted Smart TV, Sonos Sound System, ceiling fan, free unlimited Wi-Fi, and DVD player. The owners provide a highchair for the younger guests as well. Spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a modern window splashback and beautiful stone benchtops, dishwasher, complete cooking facilities including electric cooktop, oven, microwave, family size fridge/ freezer with water and ice and the choice of either the coffee pod machine or Giotto Rocket Espresso machine.
The downstairs level also has the main bedroom with an ensuite with shower, toilet, and double vanity plus a separate powder room with a toilet and vanity for guest convenience and a large sitting area with two recliners so you can sit back, relax, and read a book in peace.
Moving upstairs you will enter the third living area which has a TV, ceiling fan, ducted air conditioning and access to the balcony to let the natural sea breezes flow through. There is also a second dining area and kitchenette with a bar fridge and sink, making Big Wave at Shoal Bay perfect for the entire extended family having their own space.
Four more bedrooms all with ducted air conditioning, main bathroom and third bathroom are also on the upstairs level, the main bathroom has a stunning freestanding bath, shower, and vanity (no toilet), whilst the third bathroom has a shower, toilet, and vanity – all up this house has three showers, three toilets and a bath.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
