Tri-level home with a relaxed atmosphere will cater for all your holiday needs and keep everyone entertained. There is an open plan living, dining and kitchen area with timber vaulted ceilings. Four steps down and you are in the 2nd living area that offers air conditioning and a large screen SMART TV and WIFI which allows you to log into your own Netflix account. Leading off this living area is the large undercover outdoor alfresco dining area and BBQ cooking facilities - the perfect place to sit back and relax after a big day on the beach and dunes.
Three bedrooms with the main be an open loft design and boasts a huge king bed and ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity. Bedroom two has a double bed and the third bedroom is perfect for children and provides a king single bed and single trundle bed.. The main bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet and vanity
The property provides an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer, there is also a clothes line in the enclosed back paved area. The laundry also has the third shower and toilet, and there is an outdoor shower so you can wash off the excess sand before entering the property - this is really handy for when you come home from the beach with children.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
