Romantic open plan air conditioned one bedroom studio unit located directly across from Fly Point Beach with beautiful water views and a quick walk to Nelson Bay Marina.

The unit is located on the top floor and has been renovated with a modern bathroom with bath and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, convection microwave and hotplates.

The complex has a communal laundry with coin operated washing machine, dryer and clothesline.

The unit is located on the top floor with 22 stairs from the carpark to the front door, one carspace is provided and access is at the rear of the property from Shoal Bay Road.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

This place was our home for 7 weeks and every moment was an absolute joy. First off the staff at O’Meara were a delight to liaise with every step of the way. They were always available and helpful with any query we had. As for the accommodation, the pictures of the place simply don’t do it justice. You will feel like you are at home but at the same time like you are living a dream. Above all though, the views will take breath away… I could never get bored of the view. Simply amazing!!!

Magnificent Views and perfect location

The apartment is perfectly located and is a good size for two people. The only thing is the shower curtain in the bathroom , this could be improved if it was replaced by glass.

The view was the best part - sipping coffee sitting out in the balcony and looking at Nelson Bay was a wonderful experience. The property was exceptionally functional. Had most appliances you'd need. I asked for it to be squeaky clean, which it was. The location, not too far from d'Alboras Marina and Fly Point is ideal. I was promised an oven and washing machine which weren't there. Please address that. The balcony is shared with unit 10, which felt odd. Handicap accessibility must improve. Thx.

Clean, small but super functional. Collecting and dropping off keys is a minor hassle which won't be an issue if you a car. Location is A1, close to d'Albora Marinas as well as Fly Point. Clean, good appliances (no oven!) and quick responses from staff. Just about OK for the price point! The view is by far the best!

Superb view!


My husband and I stayed here for a few nights and really enjoyed the view! It is the best feature of this holiday rental as well as it's close proximity to the Marina. We were however, disappointed with the bed and shower. The bed was uncomfortable and unsupportive and the shower curtain sticks to you wile having a shower as it needs to remain in the bathtub to avoid flooding out onto the tiles. The couch is also pretty old and stained as well and definitley needs to be replaced. Two of our three nights were quiet but one of the neighbours had a blairing TV for an hour between 2am and 3am on our first night making for a pretty disrupted sleep. The balcony and it's view along with the location is the best feature.


Beautiful views of Nelson Bay


This is a very modern appartment with a great kitchen and clean bathroom. Negatives are lots of stairs and shower over bath. Non mobile people could not reach the entrance.

The location is great within walking distance of clubs, restaurants and beaches. Nightly rate is very competetive. Good accommodation for 2 people


Stunning Location


A great apartment for 1 or 2 people. Fantasic location if you want to near the town and beach. Good parking behind flat. Well fitted out with all you will need for a comfortable stay. Views from deck stunning as the sun goes down. Rather a lot of steps but will keep you fit. Reasonably priced for what it is.


Great location


Lovely small unit with balcony and stunning views,easy walk to Diggers, Marina and shops. No fly screens or screen door, no curtains which makes for no privacy at night.No stove, just 2 hot plates to cook on, a frypan would help, especially for longer stays. Trying to shower in spa bath was a little difficult, with shower curtains clinging to you. Otherwise enjoyed our stay.


Absolute perfect location and accommodation


Great location for relaxing and sitting back relaxing watching with beautiful water views and a nice stroll to Nelson Bay shopping centre and to Nelson Bay Marina area. We have already re-booked for December 2018.
