Walking through the front door of 2 Blue Waters, you will instantly appreciate the comfortable furnishings and elegant design. This sensational apartment radiates a warm and welcoming feel.

The modest living area is beautifully lit with glass sliding doors leading out to the balcony where you can enjoy a drink and appreciate the water views, the perfect canvas for relaxation. The living area has a floating entertainment unit, wall mounted Smart TV, unlimited Wi-Fi, and a split system air conditioner.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to curate and experience a delicious feast. Fitted with electric cooktop and oven, family size fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and Nespresso coffee pod machine.

Through the hallway, the guest bathroom, and bedrooms. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower with rainwater showerhead, luxurious bath, toilet, and vanity. The laundry located in the bathroom is equipped with a front loader washing machine and dryer.

The main bedroom has a Queen bed, built-in robe, ceiling fan and access to a private balcony allowing the natural sea breeze to flow through. The second bedroom has a Double bed and a Single bed above (suitable for children only) and a ceiling fan.

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Sensational getaway retreat

A perfect getaway experience in the heart of shoal bay and only walking distance to the beach. The accomodation had been recently renovated to a very high standard which gave iour family of three a very comfortable and relaxing experience. I suspect this place will be booked out regularly, but it is our intention to come back as soon as we can.

This freshly renovated unit has everything you need in it for a little get away. High end finishes. Immaculately clean with the comforts of home and handy parking. With amazing sunset views from the balcony and a short walk to the beach, jetty and waterfront restaurant strip you won’t even need your car to go any further. Honestly couldn’t fault it and can’t wait for my next stay. 5 Stars
