Three great size bedrooms all having ceiling fans and the main having an ensuite with a shower, toilet and vanity. The second bedroom also provides a ceiling fan and the main bathroom has a bath/ shower overhead, toilet and vanity. The unit provides an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.

The Carindale complex is located an easy 850mts walk to Wests Diggers Club or only 800mts to the heart of Nelson Bay where you will find boutique shopping, cafes, restaurants, DAlbora Marina, bars, clubs and Nelson Bay foreshore where all the Dolphin and Whale watch cruises depart from.

Shoal Bay shopping village and beach is only a quick five-minute drive away or a nice 3.4 klm walk along the waters edge. The complex also provides an inground pool, tennis court (byo racquets and balls) and an undercover communal BBQ area, having all this available will certainly keep everyone entertained.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

Spacious and comfortable

This is a spacious and comfortable apartment in a good location. Just a short stroll to the marina and CBD. Excellent value for money.




Stayed with girlfriends and thoroughly enjoyed the convenience. The town centre and marina was only a light walk from the unit so we parked the car in the garage and forgot about it. A great family set up as well with an outdoor pool, clean BBQ facilities including cabana and a tennis court surrounded by lovely gardens. The unit was nice and clean. Kitchen was fully equipped to cook up a storm. Very affordable and good value for money. Staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely stay again (with my family next time).
