The open plan, tiled dining and living area have been thoughtfully furnished with a comfortable leather loungeroom suit with built in recliners so you can sit back, relax and watch TV on the large flatscreen with the bonus of having Foxtel Standard package and a fantastic view straight out to the outdoor courtyard garden BBQ area and pool.

There is a large fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, family size fridge/ freezer, complete cooking facilities and a great inventory of items. 

Three bedrooms that have been carpeted and all provide ceiling fans, the main bedroom also provides a walk-in robe and a completely renovated stunning ensuite with a walk-in shower, toilet and vanity.  The main bathroom has also been renovated with floor to ceiling tiles, shower, toilet and the luxury of having a double vanity.  There is also an internal laundry with a top loader washing machine and dryer for your convenience. 

The Carindale complex is located an easy 850mts walk to Wests Diggers Club or only 700mts to the heart of  Nelson Bay where you will find boutique shopping, cafes, restaurants, DAlbora Marina, bars, clubs and Nelson Bay foreshore where all the Dolphin and Whale Watch cruises depart from.  Shoal Bay shopping village and beach is only a quick five-minute drive away or a nice 3.4 klm walk along the waters edge.

The complex boasts an inground pool, tennis court (byo racquets and balls) and an undercover communal BBQ area, having all this available will certainly keep everyone entertained.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

Comfortable and Beatiful Accomodation.

We stayed for 4 nights and were lucky enough to have beautiful weather. The 3 bedroom town house living room with its massive, comfortable corner lounge suit, overlooks the well maintained gardens filled with bird attracting flowers and the swimming pool. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The ceiling fans in the bedrooms were welcome in the evenings. Plenty of parking. 3 minute drive to Neson Bay town centre and Marina. We highly recommend this wonderful accommodation.

The place we stayed was very comfortable, very clean and modern. I love it when there is no clutter around and this place was exactly that. We also love how it has a double garage which we can fit our boat in there. This is the second time we have stayed at number 16. We also enjoyed the tennis court and the swimming pool. It is in a fantastic location very close to the marina, shops and not far at all from Little Beach and all other beaches.

The place is fantastic..we have stayed there a few times now. The only fault is the mattress in the master bedroom is uncomfortable...needs to be changed. Apart from that it’s a fantastic place for families. I have booked it again for Easter.

Good family accommodation

Very clean apartment. Close to the town centre and to the beach. Pool and BBQ area was very close and clean. The only negative is no hair dryer, no hand soap in the toilets and no internet, Foxtel didn't have any channels working.
