This spacious three bedroom unit is located right in the heart of Nelson Bay only a short walk to the Marina.

The Carrington complex is located right in the heart of Nelson Bay CBD and only a couple of minutes walk to D'Albora Marina where you will find an array of boutique shops, restaurants, cafes and bars.

The apartment is tastefully furnished and has ducted air conditioning throughout, the huge open plan living/ dining area is perfect so everyone has enough space, this area opens out onto the covered balcony with alfresco dining facilities with filtered water glimpses. Experience all the benefits of the modern fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities, dishwasher and family size fridge/ freezer.

There are three large bedrooms all with ducted air conditioning and the main bedroom also having an ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity and access to the balcony. The main bathroom has a spa bath, shower, toilet and vanity and the unit also provides an internal laundry with a washer/ dryer.

The complex provides a security system and lift from the undercover security parking for two vehicles to the apartment door.

(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Spacious accommodation

This 3-bedroom unit is spacious and well-maintained. The property was clean on arrival, air conditioned for comfort and the kitchen well stocked. The TV in the bedroom could do with upgrading. It's a short stroll to the marina, supermarket and many restaurants/cafes. The underground, secure parking and lift access are convenient. It's worth noting that the unit block is on a main thoroughfare/roundabout. If you like a sleep-in or peace and quiet, it's probably not the accommodation for you.

Great location in Centre of town, close to marina. Very well equipped with appliances, but unfortunately needed cleaning. If I was the owner I would be very upset.
