Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

Overall a very nice place to stay at and a great location. Close to everything

This apartment is centrally located to Nelson Bay town (less than a 5min walk to everything i.e. the Marina, Woolworths, cafes and restaurants). However, if windows are open at night the noise from the main road certainly travels. The apartment is super spacious but in need of some serious TLC i.e. there are broken shutter blinds and screen doors, stained carpets and windows with cob webs.

Lots of room for 2 couples or a family and is a great location.

Very spacious apartment a short walk to the shops, restaurants and marina. Unit was well equipped. Only complaint was the road works in the side street starting with trucks reversing before 7am each day. I guess that will be finished in another week or two.


NYE Fireworks!


Easy walk to shops and beach. Great view of the NYE fireworks from the balcony. Easy secure parking with lift access.


Great apartment to stay


Great location in Centre of town, close to marina. Very well equipped with appliances, but unfortunately needed cleaning. If I was the owner I would be very upset.


Spacious and Comfortable, but


Very large and modern apartment. Comfortable furnishings and well-equipped kitchen. Very close to town. Plenty of space to spread out. On the down side, the cleanliness was a bit marginal - lots of hair in corners of bathrooms and the microwave and rangehood were dusty. Plates, glasses cutlery etc. were clean, though. Located overlooking one of the busiest intersections in NB. Not too bad in winter with doors closed at night, but would be intrusive in summer with greatly increased traffic. We didn't use the deck due to the noise, even midweek in winter. Much better options available in NB on this score. Close to town and plenty of space for up to two couples and two kids, but won't book again due to the noise. Would probably rate 3.5 stars overall if the option was available.
