The property is located immediately adjacent to the Corlette to Nelson Bay walking/ bike path, a 3 minute walk takes you to the natural bushland setting of Bagnall's beach which is a 24hr Off-leash, dog-friendly beach, but also great for walking, child-safe swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding.
10 minute walk to protected Dutchies Beach, which offers a playground and BBQs, swimming and stand up paddleboard hire, or if you are wanting to head into the heart of town you are only a 20 minute walk along the waterfront path into Nelson Bay where you will find cafe's, shops and restaurants and D' Albora Marina.
Salamander shopping centre, Aquatic Centre, the Anchorage Resort facilities or golf courses are all within 5 minutes by car, while the surf beaches at One Mile and Birubi or Shoal Bay and Fingal Bay are a ten or 15 minute drive from the house.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
