Classic View 1 is a spacious three-bedroom ground floor duplex with free WIFI and an open plan air-conditioned living area that opens out to a large balcony with outdoor dining furniture and a gas BBQ. A fantastic place for alfresco dining with fabulous water views and magnificent sunsets from the balcony. Sit back, relax and enjoy the scenery.
The duplex is set high up on the hill with the entry being in Nash Lane (a private cul-de-sac). The location is very quiet and peaceful with a private set of stairs that leads down to the foreshore, cross at the pedestrian crossing and you are at Nelson Bay beach. A beautiful flat three-minute walk and you are at D'Albora Marina and Nelson Bay CBD which offers an array of shops, cafes and restaurants. Staying at Classic View 1 is so easy, park the car and everything is at your fingertips.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, cooktop and oven, three generous sized bedrooms with the main bedroom having a ceiling fan and ensuite. The bonus of having a full-size bath in the main bathroom and an internal laundry with washer and dryer.
There is a single lock up garage plus one car space beside the garage. Due to the steep frontage and external staircase leading to the foreshore we recommend that this property is not suitable for small children.

This place has everything you need for a great stay; location, great views and very comfortable beds. All a short walk to the shops and restaurants and especially the beach. We had a great stay here. A suggestion- maybe sun lounges for the balcony.
we had a lovely girls weekend ,wonderful view ,older style unit that could do with a little TLC ,but we would definitely stay again. Staff at real estate were prompt and friendly
The view with all the glass was fantastic. It was a very comfortable and well set out place and central to everything. The stairs leading down to the beach were sturdy but too steep to come back up for us. However there is a walkway a bit further along which we preferred to use. Love Nelson Bay and hope to be back soon.

We spent a week at this property having previously booked the apartment upstairs on many occasions. Unfortunately we had bad weather and we were very disappointed that a smart TV is not provided to allow the kids access to Netflix etc on rainy days. The other thing we were not expecting was having a very noisy family in the apartment above keeping us awake all hours, due to a thin ceiling. The property needed some repair and there were leaks when it rained. Location and views are great.

Excellent location overlooking the harbour and the bay. Skip and jump to the beach - if you don't mind the stairs. There is an easy way around. Nice, clean, well kept apartment.

Very happy with accommodation as the view is fantastic and very comfortable with everything you need.
We have stayed at this property on a number of occasions since 2007. The great location and views keep bringing us back. The cleanliness, on this occasion, wasn’t up to scratch. Although the property appeared reasonably clean, on closer inspection the carpet was worn and when we moved the bedhead, because it kept waking us up as it was only resting up against the wall, we found used tissues, dust and dead cockroaches behind the bed. In the twin room there were numerous pill bugs under the beds. Also we paid for linen however the two queen sheets didn’t fit the beds. The CD player and reading light didn’t work. Even with these issues we are planning another trip to Classic View because we love the location and view. We love holidaying here and I’m only bring up these matters to encourage regular inspections of cleaning and if the property’s applicances and equipment.
Our family of 4 was very comfortable in this unit. It was very spacious and had everything that we needed. The view was stunning and the location was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!
