The unit is on the ground floor with only five steps from the foyer entrance to the unit door. There is an open plan tiled living/ dining area with an Apple SMART TV, DVD player and unlimited Wi-Fi available, this area opens out onto the balcony with dining facilities, this is a great spot to sit back and watch the water activities at the beach and boat ramp.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities, microwave, and family size fridge /freezer. The unit offers three bedrooms with the main bedroom having a ceiling fan and access to a private balcony with water views. The bathroom provides a shower, bath, toilet and vanity and an additional toilet is provided in the laundry, the laundry also has a top loader washing machine and dryer.
