Superbly located between Nelson Bay and Shoal Bay, it is only a minutes walk to Little Beach, which is ideal for swimming, paddle boarding, picnics and enjoying the sunset. Shoal Bay Beach is just a five minute walk away. A short stroll will take you to the Diggers RSL Club, or a quick drive or casual stroll to either Nelson Bay or Shoal Bay where you will have a variety of restaurants.
This family friendly, comfortable and spacious top floor unit has been tastefully appointed. The open plan, air-conditioned living area opens out onto the main balcony, where you can take in the view, dine or sit back and relax. The main TV has Netflix and the property provides unlimited WIFI and the bonus of having a second balcony at the rear of the unit.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and full cooking facilities, the internal laundry provides a front loader washing machine and dryer. The three-way bathroom has a shower and bath, separate toilet and separate vanity area.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.
Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.
Pets are not welcome at this property.
This property does have Wi-fi.
By making a payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Info tab on our website or via the link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.
This property is to be used as holiday rental only, it is not to be used as a principal place of residence. Please refer to our Terms and conditions also found on the Guest Info tab on our website.
Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

Outstanding holiday place! The helpful folder of ‘to do’ information and bag of tea, coffee, soap and milk was a lovely touch. The location is fantastic - water views from the bedroom and balcony. The place is sparkling clean, the shower is big with great water pressure, and the artwork and decor make this place a haven! O’Meara Property have been wonderful too - fast and friendly communication and easy key pick up.
Being situated a comfortable walk to the town centre and close to swimming made this an ideal space to stay. The property whilst old was well maintained and clean & had everything needed to stay a few days.
Honestly the best space and location for a family trip. This beauty didnt disappoint we felt comfortable with the cleanliness and home environment.
This was a great apartment for our little family getaway. Close to little beach and all features working perfectly. Will be booking again!
