If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

We had a fantastic springtime short break. Waking up to the headland view is just so special! The apartment itself was beautifully styled and well appointed. We loved the palm tree theme! The BBQ was great and it’s nice to have it on a separate balcony with its own leafy views. Thanks also for the coffee pods which got us started on Saturday morning. A nice touch. Lastly we also had a great dinner at the Little Beach Boathouse which was maybe a 5 minute walk if that.

Disappointed a bit, the balcony net door fell off, the dryer timer doesn’t work, very dangerous it can caught fire. No gas for the bbq. The main gate key doesn’t work unless you are strong and have muscles.

Hi Sylvia, thanks for your review , the owner came up to inspect the property after you left and found the gas bottle to be 1/2 full still and another full bottle in the garage - for safety reasons all gas bottles are turned off after anyone uses them, they then need to be turned on when using. The balcony screen door was put back on, it had been pushed all the way to the end of the track. The owner has ordered a new dryer timer knob, it is still usable, just a bit tight to turn, thanks for bringing this to our attention though. I'm not sure what main gate you are talking about as there are no gates at the property ? Thanks McGrath Port Stephens

The unit was delightful in every way…the attention to the decor theme of palm trees was great. We wanted for nothing and it felt like a cosy refuge from the 98 k winds. The bed in the main bedroom was fantastic and for once I had no arthritic pain . Appreciated the smart tv. Only hard part was walking up the 44 steps as we are in our eighties….however being up high enhanced the view. I enjoyed watching rabbits in the garden and the parrots were cheeky and noisy. We will come again in winte
