Corlette Waterfront definitely lives up to its name. Spectacular waterfront holiday property that oozes with luxury and has the WOW factor splashed everywhere and located in a quiet residential street in the well sort after area of Corlette.

As soon as you walk through the door you will be mesmerized by the fantastic outlook and location of this property. It is perfect for the family getaway or the extended family as there is sleeping for up to 8 guests. Being on the ground floor and having only a couple of steps throughout the entire property makes this perfect for the elderly or young children.

Stylish open plan living area with a split system air conditioner, FREE WIFI, DVD player, ceiling fan and floor to ceiling windows to encase the stunning water views. Double doors open out on to the entertainers alfresco dining area and gas BBQ facilities - the perfect place to sit back and enjoy the sunset whilst watching the children play on the grass or swim in the calm waters directly in front of you.

The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher and full cooking facilities and a tastefully appointed dining area. The convenience of having a powder room near the living area makes life easy when you're staying.

The master bedroom has stunning views. Imagine waking up in the morning and looking straight out onto the water - what a relaxing way to start the day. The main bedroom also provides an ensuite, ceiling fan, TV and doors that open out on to the terrace.

Two more bedrooms and the main bathroom are located at the front of the property, the third bedroom with single beds and bunks also has a TV + DVD player which makes this room great for the kids to be entertained. The main bathroom has a full-size bath, shower, toilet and vanity.

The internal laundry has a top loader washing machine and the dryer is located in the garage. There is also a second fridge in the garage. There is a lock up extra large single garage with internal access to the property and extra parking available in the driveway for a second vehicle and a parking area to the side of the driveway which is suitable for a boat up to 5.5 metres in length or a third vehicle.

We also manage the property above so this is fantastic that the entire family to go away together and still have their own space, sleeping for the above property is for 8 people.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

This home is fabulous. Very well appointed and the view... amazing. Very spacious, the high ceilings give a grand feel. We were unlucky to have a very very windy few days, but with views like that from the living area we did not miss being able to dine outside. Amazing sunsets right from your seat. O'Meara Property was great, we had a power issue when we arrived, but even though it was a Friday night, this was quickly resolved by the friendliest electrician ever. Would highly recommend.

Our stay at this house was perfect. The place was clean, with comfortable bedding and spacious lounge area that had the most beautiful view. We spent a lot of time at the outdoor dining table as it was shady during the day and had a great view of the sunsets. For food lovers who enjoy cooking, we found the kitchen had everything we need with good quality cutlery and crockery, good platters and plenty of glasses, mugs etc. Thanks so much and we'll be back next year!

Great place to stay. The biggest plus is the location and how close it is to the beach- truely a beachfront property. The other advantage is how well equipped the kitchen is, so you can cook up a storm. Check in was very easy. I would highly recommend this place for a family get away.

Thank you for letting us stay at 2/44 Danalene Street. When we entered the place it was perfect. Superbly appointed and comfortable. What really struck us was how quiet and tranquil the apartment is. When we sat out the back and watch the sunset. It was fantastic. Also to be able to lie in the master bedroom and look outside in complete privacy was a real privilege. Aside from that there is nothing you want for, amenities fixings appliances utensils. With a TV in nearly all the rooms everyone we all got to relax in our own space. Also from Sydney it was such an easy drive to escape to an environment that felt so far away from the crazy Sydney life. I No hesitation in recommending this property for a wonderful quiet weekend escape from Sydney or anywhere in the world for that matter. Thank you to the hosts.
