We manage many units in this complex so it is perfect for the extended family and friends to all be together and a quick 5 minute walk into the heart of Nelson Bay.

Linen: -

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

Excellent As Usual

We have had many stays in this delightful unit and as usual it hasn't disappointed us. Impeccably clean, superbly outfitted, very comfortable beds, speedy WiFi and a highly functional ducted A/C. If we could make a suggestion, we would like to see an upgrade of the cutlery. The seemingly millions of knives, forks and spoons would be handy if you could accommodate 30 people in one sitting, but they are more suited to our grandchild's cubby house. Looking forward to staying again. Michael

We enjoyed our recent 4 day stay at unit 13, Cote D'Azur immensely. The entire unit is fitted out superbly from the modern lounge, large screen TV, WiFI, dining suite, comfortable beds with clean and relatively new blankets and doonas. The Kitchen was very well appointed with a complete range of cooking vessels, wine and drinking glasses, cups and plates. A nice view of the bay and the modern outdoor suite was very handy. The tariff was affordable, and we will stay again.

Very clean and spacious unit. Previous reviews mentioned to come pepared with dishwashing soaps etc. We actually found dishwashing liquid and sponges whixh was a nice surprise. Rented shèets and towels for affordable price, they came nice clean and fresh. Pool in the complex wqs great ,water clean and wqrm perfect for kids. Location is 10 minutes walk to the beach and 2 minutes to wollies and reataurants. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend

Great apartment, clean and has air-conditioning which was our main priority when looking for accommodation in summer. Location is very convenient, Woolworths is only a few steps away and very close to local shops, restaurants and to the D'Albora Marina where we can take the dolphin viewing cruise. O'Meara Property, where we pick up n drop off the key,is also close by. Linen n towels are not provided (hire option is available), but usually staying in airbnb we often bring bring our own linen n towels anyway, so it was not a problem at all for us.

Stayed a couple of nights with two children. Great spot in the middle of the shopping area so very close to everything including lots of different Cafes', restaurants and boutique shops. Large apartment, with bed rooms at separate ends - great if you have kids, they are up one end and you are at the other! As per other reviews, traffic can be a little noisy as the apartment overlooks a road however you get used to it. Place was clean, everything worked. We got the linen pack too!


Central location, noisy but comfortable


Moderately large two bedroom two bathroom apartment, well-equipped and comfortable. Property was very clean which was welcome in the current COVID-19 climate. Central location was a mixed blessing - close to everything, but traffic noise was intrusive which pretty much necessitated keeping the sliding doors to the balcony closed. We've stayed here before but don't remember it being so noisy. Maybe the area is busier than it was last year. A couple of missing/blown light globes but otherwise well-maintained. Would probably seek an apartment further from the road next time but wouldn't completely rule out staying here again.


Superb apartment


This apartment exceeded our expectations. Large, spacious and with everything you could need for a short or longer stay. Location was fantastic right next door to Woolworths and short walk to all cafes and shops. Limited water views but less than 5 mins walk to the marina. Lovely large balcony. Great for couples or family. Would definitely stay again.

Exceptional value


With secure parking and located in the heart of Nelson Bay in a resort-like complex, this unit is truly impressive and is perfectly set up to make for an enjoyable stay away from home. It is well maintained with quality fittings and presents exceptional value. Absolutely recommended.


Great location, nice apartment and well maintained


Pleasantly surprised at clean and well-maintained apartment. Carpet, lounge and furniture all of good quality and in excellent condition. Really comfortable bed - much better quality than others we have had in this complex. Large modern TV, very well-equipped kitchen. Plenty of space to spread out in well designed 2 bed apartment, well-located right in the middle of town. On the down side, the distance from the designated car park to the lift was quite a walk (maybe 50 metres) - a bit of a pill when carrying suitcases, eskies etc. The dishwasher didn't work (and leaked), and the shower in the ensuite also leaked a bit as the door seal didn't sit flush against the glass. A couple of light globes also needed replacement. But these were all minor niggles for us and we would be very happy to stay again.


Location, location, location


Perfect location in the middle of town. An easy walk to restaurants, cafes, the marina, and the beach. The apartment is well appointed and cleverly designed. The main bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. The other bedroom and huge bathroom is at the other end of the apartment, near the laundry. The verandah is sun-drenched and has distant views of the water. There is also a secure undercover parking spot and a lift to the apartment.


Perfect location, really comfortable stay.


Couldn't recommend this property enough. Great for families as its really quiet and child safe
