4 Cottage Court is a spacious three-bedroom apartment located approximately 150m to stunning Shoal Bay Beach and approximately 250m to Little Beach.

Giving you access to two of the most iconic beaches Port Stephens has to offer.

The huge, relaxed open plan living/ dining area opens out onto the under-cover balcony with outdoor alfresco dining and Gas BBQ facilities. The kitchen provides full cooking facilities and dishwasher. If cooking at home is not what youre after it is also only a short stroll to Wests Diggers Club, restaurants, cafes and many other facilities including Little Beach Boathouse, which has a stunning restaurant and bar right on the water - favourite place for the locals to watch the spectacular sunsets.

Three great size bedrooms with the main having a walk-in robe, ensuite and TV, the main bathroom is spacious with a full-size bath, shower, toilet and vanity. There is an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer and the unit provides a double lock-up garage, so park the cars and walk everywhere!

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Tidy apartment with plenty of space

Well appointed kitchen and the living area is generous. Everything was clean. Balcony and outdoor table very functional. Stovetop however is antiquated and inefficient. Otherwise well appointed.
