Daves Place is a fun loving, partially renovated 60s style holiday house with loads of room for boat parking and dog friendly.

All three bedrooms have high ceilings and ceiling fans , the King main bedroom also has a wall mounted Smart TV, the property provides children's toys, port-a-cot, high chair and stroller, this makes it easy for you to pack and gives more room in the car.

Main bathroom with a shower over bath, toilet and vanity, the second shower and toilet are in the laundry area, the laundry also has a washing machine and dryer.

There is an enclosed screen room that has been transformed into the large dining area, there is also a backup full size family fridge in this area as well. The living area has a split system air conditioner, ceiling fan, Smart TV + DVD and the bonus of having W-Fi. Fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge, complete cooking facilities, there is also an under-cover area that can be used as a carport or outdoor dining with gas BBQ facilities.

The property provides loads of room for boat parking and up to three vehicles and a large back yard, there is also an animal enclosure with a dog kennel for pets.

Please note there are locked play areas in the backyard that are not accessible to guests, please do not climb the fence to enter this area.

(c) act in a manner that could reasonably be expected to cause alarm or distress to neighbours and other occupants of the premises
(d) use or enjoy the premises in a manner, or for a purpose, that interferes unreasonably with the use or enjoyment of common property by neighbours and other occupants of the premises in a strata or community scheme
(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Great Location BUT too many problems - WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Not a house you can relax, not maintained well. Roof leaks over the built in back verandah, drenching the BBQ area, also leaking over the outside bathroom doorway - pools in walkway. The outside bench seats were collapsed, crashing to the floor hurting my leg. (replaced next day by McGraths). Fan in the middle bedroom was broken (fixed on day 4 or 5). Bitten by flees in armchair, fridge shelving broken, outer gauze door broken lock. Gas bottle empty.

The was very little street noise. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is well laid out with all required utensils. Having 2 toilets was a plus and the hot water shower has a good flow of hot water. The house itself is quite rustic and a little basic but not unexpected for a beach holiday.

Nice 3 bed rooms house, with a good barbecue area and two bath rooms. The booking was very easy and smooth. Close to the beach in nice quite area. the only problem that the house didn’t have any bed sheets but we were told before and there were cockroaches in the kitchen!
