All three bedrooms have high ceilings and ceiling fans , the King main bedroom also has a wall mounted SMART TV, the property provides childrens toys, port-a-cot, high chair and stroller, this makes it easy for you to pack and gives more room in the car.
Main bathroom with a shower over bath, toilet and vanity, the second shower and toilet are in the laundry area, the laundry also has a washing machine and dryer.
There is an enclosed screen room that has been transformed into the large dining area, there is also a backup full size family fridge in this area as well. The living area has a split system air conditioner, ceiling fan, SMART TV + DVD and the bonus of having WIFI. Fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge, complete cooking facilities, there is also an under-cover area that can be used as a carport or outdoor dining with gas BBQ facilities. The property provides loads of room for boat parking and up to three vehicles and a large back yard (not enclosed).
Please note there are locked play areas in the backyard that are not accessible to guests, please do not climb the fence to enter this area.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
