Each bedroom offers generous space and features a range of different bed sizes to cater to various needs. Six pristine bathrooms enhance the convenience, with some bedrooms boasting ensuite facilities for that touch of exclusivity.

Four bedrooms upstairs all with ducted air conditioning with two having King beds, ensuites and Smart TV’s, the other two bedrooms share the main bathroom which is fitted with a bath, shower, vanity, and separate toilet area.

The upstairs level also has the stylish, enormous illusion of relaxation in the open plan living area, with an understated palette of neutral colours to allow the natural light to flow through. A huge fully equipped gourmet kitchen that cleverly opens out to the open plan living area with ducted air-conditioning and hosts a huge 80-inch Smart TV, unlimited Wi-Fi, and a lavish dining area for 14 people.

Downstairs there are also two large bedrooms both with ensuites, split system air conditioners and Smart TVs. An internal laundry with a front loader washing machine and dryer and parking in the double electric garage with internal access, parking for three more vehicles off street in the driveway.

Great Holiday Home for a Large Group

A really enjoyable stay! This was a wonderful house for our large family group of 11 people. It has plenty of space, lots of facilities, is well appointed and has good on-site parking. We particularly liked that the four main bedrooms all had ensuites and that the two smaller (kids) rooms shared the main bathroom. The pool was a real hit with the kids! The house is also a very short, easy walk to the beautiful Salamander Bay shoreline.

The house in enormous, plenty of room, the kitchen is well furnished. Spacious rooms with big and comfortable beds. Huge TVs in the living room and in most bedrooms Good quality wi-fi, works well. The pool is big and shady. A few issues that could be improved: - there were not enough glasses of any type (wine, champagne, water) for 10 people - one of the DVD (Blue Ray) players is not working - shower mats would be useful for security - the garden needs more frequent cleaning

We had a most enjoyable stay. A surprising large and spacious home with 6 bedrooms and most had ensuites, so it easily catered for us all (13 guests). There were just a couple of issues - when we arrived none of the tv’s had signal, but after a call to the agent they were fixed and a bright strobing pool light kept flashing throughout the night (couldn’t locate a switch to turn it off). A couple of things weren’t clean (dishwasher,oven, bbq) but apart from that it was a truly wonderful getaway.

We enjoyed very much our stay in this house. The house in enormous, plenty of room, the kitchen is well furnished will all necessities and appliances. The rooms are well fitted, big and comfortable beds. Huge TVs in the living room and in most bedrooms. Good quality wi-fi, works well. The pool is nice and big, the water is quite warm.

This house was amazing, and met all our needs in a holiday house. The rooms were spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable and large. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The pool was great although could have been a little warmer. The location was just across the road from the water which great for the small kids. There was ample parking for five cars, and was close to the shops. I’ll definitely book this house again.

We had a whole family getaway including 3 kids (8mths to 2 yrs) and this house was perfect. It was exactly like it's pictures. It wasn't overly crowded with things, & we didn't have to move things to make the house child-proof. Having a baby gate at the top of the stairs, and a couple of high chairs available, was fabulous. The house had all we needed for a wet weekend in. A great kitchen, good parking, big TV, and the pool (despite the weather). Will happily stay again!

Perfect is all I can say. Group of 8 girls and it was amazing. This house is huge and offered us plenty of space. The location is fabulous. Small shopping strip very close, beach just across the road, choices for food with the cheeky dog and Bannisters just up the road and the Sailing Club hidden away from view from the road. Coffee is good as is the view. We walked along the coast to Nelson Bay, stunning scenery. We also got The Bay Butler to supply us with meals which I would highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at Dolphin Lagoon. The property is so much bigger than it looks in the pics and there was plenty of room for our whole family. The pool is great and having two kitchens was great when kids were up early. All the details have been thought of and the kitchens are very well stocked with everything you could need. The location is perfect with close access to the beach and not far from many local activities. We can't wait to return. It was the best family holiday we have had!
