As thoughtful as it is welcoming – with a smartly executed floor plan that caters for privacy, this six-bedroom, six-bathroom property has been designed to capture the feel of space that winds its way across the two storeys – it is an ideal environment to gather families, friends, or a combination or both.
Take full advantage of the property’s expansive outdoor area with a fully equipped alfresco BBQ kitchen area overlooking the salt water solar heated lagoon pool and air-conditioned poolside entertainment room that is fitted with a full-size internal kitchen with a dishwasher, family size fridge/ freezer, SMART TV and renovated bathroom with shower, toilet, and vanity. This is the perfect place to bookend the days, unwind and welcome the first rays of sunshine over breakfast or watching the last of the light drop for the evening.
Downstairs there are also two large bedrooms both with renovated ensuites, split system air conditioners and SMART TV’s, there is also the internal laundry with a front loader washing machine and dryer and parking in the double electric garage with internal access and parking for three more vehicles off street.
The upstairs level is a stylish, enormous illusion of relaxation with a huge fully equipped gourmet kitchen that cleverly opens out to the open plan ducted air-conditioned living area hosting a huge 80-inch SMART TV, unlimited Wi-Fi, and dining for 14 people. An understated palette of neutral colours allows the natural light to flow through.
Four bedrooms with ducted air conditioning are located upstairs with two having King beds, renovated ensuites and SMART TV’s, the other two bedrooms share the main bathroom which is fitted with a bath, shower, vanity, and separate toilet area.
Dolphin Lagoon is located a quick 500 metre level walk to Old Salamander Village where you will find boutique homewares, pharmacy, IGA supermarket, bakery, butchery, drive through bottle shop and a selection of eat in or take away restaurants. Across the road will take you to Wanda beach where you can go for a casual stroll along the sand and even see a dolphin or two swim pasts.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
