“Dukes” is a freshly renovated, north facing, two-bedroom house boasting amazing 180 degree water views over Dutchmans’s Beach, Tomaree Mountain to the East & Soldiers Point to the West.

Relax & unwind on the fantastic entertaining deck, BBQ with family & friends and soak in those views!

Newly painted & styled throughout, the house welcomes a relaxed coastal vibe. The fabulous open plan living area has a split system air conditioner, large Smart TV, unlimited Wi-Fi and beautiful new timber hybrid floorboards with brand new coastal inspired furniture.

Off the living area is the fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities including electric cooktop and oven, microwave and the bonus of having a dishwasher and family size fridge / freezer.

There are two bedrooms which have ceiling fans, the main has a King bed and bedroom two provides a Queen bed and King Single Bed + King Single Trundle Bed. The main bathroom has the convenience of a shower over the bath which is perfect for children, vanity and toilet. The property also provides an internal laundry with new front loader washing machine & dryer and a second toilet. Also an outdoor hot & cold shower for washing off after a day at the beach.

Located a quick 150 metres to the beautiful Dutchmans Beach “Dutchies” which is ideal for children with the calm swimming conditions, child’s playground and free BBQ facilities – this is a fantastic spot to sit back and watch the incredible sunsets over the water and more often than not get the chance to see the local dolphins at play.

“Dukes” is located only 2 minutes drive or 20 minute walk or cycle along the beautiful coastal pathway into the heart of Nelson Bay where you will find a brilliant array of restaurants, cafes, bars, boutique shopping and D’Albora Marina for all your water sport activities.

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

This property is superbly comfortable. It is far and away the best equipped holiday home we have stayed in. The cupboards and drawers are full of everything we needed are more! Going back to Dutchies brought back so many memories, but this house is so much more comfortable than the fibro shacks of old.

We had a fantastic stay at Dukes. The location is great - an easy walk down to Dutchies beach, or along the coastal path into Nelson Bay. The house itself is very clean and well-stocked, with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. We've already booked to come back!

we had our post-hsc girls trip to this beautiful little house and absolutely loved it! we were satisfied with all amenities and fell in love with the aesthetics. such an awesome location too!! not busy, super close to beaches and a lovely walk down to the centre of nelson bay. we absolutely adored our stay thank you so much!

We loved our stay. I was a little worried when looking to book somewhere with our 11month old, but this house was very clean and child friendly. Amazing views from every room in the house. The house has a coffee machine and coffee pods. It also came with everything else that you need for your stay including little things that you might forget salt, milk etc. Can’t wait to stay here again. Thank you for having us. Johnston family 😊

We had a lovely stay at this property. It was clean and tidy and very well equipped with kitchen utensils, cleaning equipment and even some consumables such as washing powder, glad wrap, dishwashing tables, coffee pods etc. Nice new washing machine and dryer. Free WiFi. Short walk down the steps to Dutchies beach and views of the water. Will stay again.

Beautiful views, well designed and comfortable small home. We donated a plunger to get the water draining from the sink, and it would have been nice to have a blanket - it was winter and one light quilt isn’t really enough. Felt a bit guilty leaving the air con on 25 so it would filter through. We enjoyed the walking access to town. Would definitely stay again even though having to deal with a real estate agent SHOULD BE what you avoid by booking with AirBnB.

We enjoyed our stay in this property, kitchen was so well equipped, you needed nothing more. Beds were very comfortable, and the laundry was fully equipped. Shower could be faster, however, it’s what your used to, and it was always hot. Property was very clean, and decorated nicely. Would book again if visiting the area.
