Off the living area is the fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities including electric cooktop and oven, microwave and the bonus of having a dishwasher and family size fridge / freezer.
There are two bedrooms which have linen and bed making supplied as well as ceiling fans, the main has a King bed and bedroom two provides a Queen bed and King Single Bed + King Single Trundle Bed. The main bathroom has the convenience of a shower over the bath which is perfect for children, vanity and toilet. The property also provides an internal laundry with new front loader washing machine & dryer and a second toilet. Also an outdoor hot & cold shower for washing off after a day at the beach.
Located a quick 150 metres to the beautiful Dutchmans Beach “Dutchies” which is ideal for children with the calm swimming conditions, child’s playground and free BBQ facilities – this is a fantastic spot to sit back and watch the incredible sunsets over the water and more often than not get the chance to see the local dolphins at play.
“Dukes” is located only 2 minutes drive or 20 minute walk or cycle along the beautiful coastal pathway into the heart of Nelson Bay where you will find a brilliant array of restaurants, cafes, bars, boutique shopping and D’Albora Marina for all your water sport activities.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
