Dutchies Vista has a gorgeous front grassed courtyard area with views looking over the grass and sand banks and beach of Dutchmans Bay.  Spacious open plan living / dining area opens out onto the courtyard to allow the fresh breeze to flow through.  The living area provides a flatscreen TV and DVD player whilst the fully equipped kitchen caters for all your cooking needs with a microwave, oven, cooktop, family size fridge / freezer and dishwasher. 

There are three bedrooms all with ceiling fans and the main bedroom also having an ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity.  The main bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity and the property also provides the convenience of an internal laundry with front load washing machine and dryer.

There is a gas BBQ and outdoor alfresco dining available on the grassed front area so you can sit back and relax and enjoy the ambiance around you.  The Bridle Path is located across the road as well, this is a very popular concrete pathway that leads you along the coastline all the way into town (approximately one kilometre) - perfect for that morning exercise walk or run.

There is secure parking for two vehicles in the double lock up garage and just a couple of minutes drives into the heart of Nelson Bay where you will find all the local attractions, restaurants, clubs, pubs, cafes and D'Albora Marina.

We had a very pleasant stay. Access to a lovely little beach. The accomodation was neat and clean with everything that was needed for a short stay. Close to shopping and dining in Nelson bay.

We had a great time staying at Dutchies Vista. The unit was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Good kitchen with dishwasher. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio and the three-minute walk down to the beach. Parking was very convenient. Definitely 5 star.

We loved the property. It was clean and the location was excellent. We were disappointed that there was no wi fi. We were told to bring sheets and towels but it would have been good to know that tea towels and bath mats were also not provided. Also you should note that the terracotta tiles in the courtyard become slippery when they are wet, our little kids fell a few times. Overall we liked the property, and would stay there again.
