The unit is designed with an open plan lounge area with floating floorboards and floor to ceiling windows to allow the natural light to fill the room, quality furnishings, 46-inch TV and dual sliding glass doors lead out to the balcony area with lounge and dining furniture.
The kitchen is very well equipped and offers a stainless-steel dishwasher, oven, stovetop, microwave, fridge/freezer and plenty of bench space to prepare the meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, this area has a 22-inch wall mounted TV and access to a separate balcony area with a gas BBQ.
The main bedroom has a 32-inch TV and DVD player, ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity and filtered water views. The second bedroom has a private balcony area and the third bedroom provides a port-a-cot. The main bathroom has a shower over the bath, modern vanity and toilet, there is also an internal laundry with a top loader washing machine and dryer, the unit has one under cover car space. This is a fantastic family unit with the highest level of comfort without the high prices to match.
