(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Good location across the road from Corlette beach and walking tracks nearby at bay edge. Good budget accommodation. Old style house and furnishings have their own charm.

Very well equipped and it was nice and tidy. The location was excellent, just a couple minutes drive to the marina and a minutes walk to the beach. The house was cozy and felt like a real home :)

9/10 for our stay. House was a good size with ample room for 2 adults and 2 kids and the house had absolutely everything you needed if you had forgotten to bring something. Very close walk to the Bay across the road, with a small park for the kids which was handy. Very affordable pricing for our 10 day stay and was comfortable. So overall very happy and would stay there again. Beautiful place and it was a great holiday.
