Awesome location - right by Nelson Bay beach, with a short walk to beach, marina, town centre. AirBnB listing was correct - no air conditioning and no wifi. The apartment is well provided with fans. This would not be an issue after humidity drops in February.

Clean, tidy unit in a fantastic location with a great view! If u book ask the real estate to ensure that hot water is turned onto peak. Overall I will definitely go back!

Smelly Carpet&cold showers!The hot water ran out 2 min/s throughout my shower and we had to put up with cold showers for the rest of our holiday! This resulted in all my family getting sick at the end of our holiday! Not very nice!!

The unit is old and tired. Crockery and cutlery would seem to be throw -outs and equipment is generally below standard. The uñit needed an ironing board, bedside tables, and clock radio.

I think the place apartment could have been a lot cleaner as there was a strong smell of mould and as there wasn't much fans or air conditioning. It's furniture and beds were very old and very uncomfortable.
