(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

What a great set up for a family get away with the added bonus of an additional unit attached which we used for 11 adults (booked units 1 & 2). Each bedroom had its own bathroom and downstairs had additional kitchenette and extra living area. Great views from both units. Recommended.

Overall this unit was well suited for a family of five with three adult children. Clean, fresh, great showers and beds Great kitchen Great view of beach and also very close proximity to beach Garage was great size so if it rains, kids have somewhere to play. Inclusion of board games was a nice touch! Only downside would be stairs for some guests since there are not only stairs from garage level to upstairs, but also from the garage level landing to the downstairs two rooms.

Near New 3 bedroom home. Very clean and great flat screen TV'S. It was raining a lot of the time during our stay. We purchased some eggs, bacon etc for a home cooked breakfast, however, both hotplates in the kitchens (upstairs and downstairs) didn't work. Showers need a screen door to prevent water going all over the bathroom floor. The ceiling fans don't clear the moisture in the bathrooms, therefore the floor stays wet in the bathroom. We ended leaving 1 night early due to the beds.
