A fresh renovated kitchen has complete cooking facilities, dishwasher, and family size fridge / freezer. Opening off the living area is the balcony with a leafy outlook, there is a small Weber BBQ provided.
The main bedroom has a Queen bed and ceiling fan, and the second bedroom has a Single Bunk and Single Bed, the main bathroom has a shower, large vanity, and toilet.
The laundry is located externally from the unit off the courtyard, it provides a washing machine & dryer. Unit 3 also has one undercover car space.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
Noise from music that can be heard in any habitable rooms of a neighbouring residence is restricted by the following:

Any other day – 10pm to 8am
