The complex also offers a lift and a communal inground pool with a separate shallow childs area.
The Florentine complex is positioned in a prime location, directly across the road to Little Beach where you will find the calm swimming waters for children, free BBQ facilities, childrens playground and the famous Little Beach Boathouse where you can choose to either sit back at the bar deck and watch the stunning sunsets or dine in the sensational restaurant. Shoal Bay Beach is only an easy five-minute walk, you can enjoy the surf or if a bit of fishing is on the agenda then the jetty is perfect for you. Snorkelling in the Marine Sanctuary or taking a short 15-minute walk into the popular DAlbora Marina are all at your fingertips.
If a nice breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea and scones are on your list then the popular Inner Light Tea Room is located at the Light house which is a across the road and up the hill from the Florentine complex, there you will find the gorgeous lookout with panoramic sensational views of Port Stephens, West Diggers Club is also only a quick ten minute way.

Obligations to neighbours – Section 2.5.2 of the Code of Conduct
A guest must not at any time during the occupancy period:-
(a) create noise that because of its level, nature, character, or quality, or the time it is made, is likely to harm, offend, or unreasonably disrupt or interfere with the peace and comfort of neighbours and other occupants of the premises
(b) act in a violent or threatening manner towards neighbours or other occupants of the premises
(c) act in a manner that could reasonably be expected to cause alarm or distress to neighbours and other occupants of the premises
(d) use or enjoy the premises in a manner, or for a purpose, that interferes unreasonably with the use or enjoyment of common property by neighbours and other occupants of the premises in a strata or community scheme
(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
