Unit 1 Florida is an inviting 2 storey townhouse that features an open plan, reverse cycle air conditioned comfortable living area downstairs and a well equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities that leads out onto a lovely covered entertaining area. There is a private internal laundry with a top loader washing machine, second toilet and shower.

Upstairs has the spacious main bedroom with a reverse cycle air conditioner, ceiling fan, TV and filtered water views with access to a private balcony. The second bedroom has access to a private balcony and the main bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity area. Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

Comfortable modern unit in a convenient location close to beach, restaurants & country club, would stay there again & would pay extra if Foxtel with sport package & wi fi was available considering both these would add an extra $40 tops a week to rent
