The design of the property allows it to be used for either your next family holiday or a comfortable rest for a few friends. The property has 2 x single carports near the main door and one off street car space in the driveway. The garage is not included in the property

As soon as you enter the property you will be surprised by the comfortable and stylish furniture that greets you from the living areas. This level also hosts the fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher with all cooking facilities, reverse cycle air conditioning, coffee machine (Byo coffee beans) laundry with washing machine and dryer and third toilet.

Upstairs are the three large bedrooms all with ceiling fans, the main having an ensuite and the main bathroom which has a bath with shower overhead, vanity and toilet.

Sit back on the verandah with filtered water views and take in the sea breezes, there is also your own BBQ provided on this verandah.

The location offers a short walk down to the beautiful beach along Shoal Bay, restaurants, shops or the Shoal Bay Resort and Spa.

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Lovely quiet stay

I had a lovely quiet stay at this property, and was only sorry that it wasn’t available for a longer stay. It was quiet, private and spacious. I especially appreciated having a kitchen to cook in, and one that looked out over a balcony where lorikeets visited.

Good but not with young kids

The place has been nicely renovated but the bathrooms hadn’t been cleaned before our stay. There was toothpaste residue in the basins, dust and hair around the bath and skid marks in the toilets. There are stairs into tiles which we blocked with a layer down chair to slowdown our 1 year old from falling down. It’s got fans but nowhere practical to plug the one in the main bedroom in. The hot water comes out scalding too so not great for little hands. Remember to pack linen and dishwashing liquid, toilet paper and tissues. Easy walk to shop and beach and had built ins and most stuff for cooking. Need to pack your own salt, pepper and sugar and bin bags. Nice to eat out on the deck and ample parking. Has fly screens and a nice cross flow breeze.

Thanks for your email I am not happy with anything in that property the property needs a pest control and Renovation and this was the first time that I experienced someone ask money for pillow cover etc Thanks anyway

Stayed at the townhouse a few weeks ago. Location was great and setup was good. But the cleanliness was way below average. Maybe the owners need to consider their cleaner. Rotting container behind laundry door, microwave filthy, dirty dishes etc. had to spend time to clean the area to use it. Would stay again if cleaned properly . Had to 1 star for cleanliness otherwise cannot post a review.
