As soon as you enter the property you will be surprised by the comfortable and stylish furniture that greets you from the living areas. This level also hosts the fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher with all cooking facilities, coffee machine (Byo coffee beans) laundry with washing machine and dryer and third toilet.
Upstairs are the three large bedrooms all with ceiling fans, the main having an ensuite and the main bathroom which has a bath with shower overhead, vanity and toilet.
Sit back on the verandah with filtered water views and take in the sea breezes, there is also your own BBQ provided on this verandah.
The location offers a short walk down to the beautiful beach along Shoal Bay, restaurants, shops or the Shoal Bay Resort and Spa.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
