Galoola Hidden Gem is in the perfect location only 450 metres from Dutchman’s beach which is perfect for children with the calm waters, playground, and free picnic BBQ’s and Bagnall Beach which is pet friendly.

There is an enclosed back yard, perfect for the dogs and children to run around and a fabulous outdoor undercover rooftop area with fantastic water views, gas BBQ and a fabulous alfresco dining and lounge area which is the best place to sit back and enjoy the serenity that surrounds you whilst taking in the glorious views.

The main section of the property is located on the ground floor with all living and bedrooms having no stairs. There is a double garage for parking with internal access, as soon as you walk inside you will be taken by the space in the open plan living/ dining area, this area also features a split system air conditioner, ceiling fan, smart TV and unlimited Wi-Fi.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities including an electric cooktop, wall oven, microwave and a family size fridge with a water container / freezer.

Bedroom 1 has a Queen Bed, split system Air Conditioner, Ceiling Fan and a bathroom which is accessed via the hallway. The main bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet and vanity and is also accessible for all guests. Bedroom 2 also has a Queen Bed, ceiling fan, smart TV and a hallway that runs between this bedroom and bedroom 3 providing access to the bathroom, this bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity. Bedroom 3 provides a trio bunk with a double bed below and single bed above, plus a roll out trundle bed.

The property provides an internal laundry with a front loader washing machine, dryer and third toilet.

(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Great roof terrace

Very clean and also comfortable, with ceiling fans in all the bedrooms, plus powerful air conditioning. Empty 2 car garage was very useful. But best of all is the rooftop terrace with gas bbq, catches the sea breeze nicely. Dog Bruno very much enjoyed the dog beach

Good quality fit out. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of space and easy to clean up afterwards. Only drawback is there is a very steep driveway which would make it hard to easily pop down to the beach without taking your car.
