The second bathroom is external and located off the back courtyard, it has a shower, toilet and vanity, there is also an external laundry with a washing machine and dryer.

Great house for large family groups

We had 8 adults but found the various living areas were great to spread out. Very close to shops and beach. Well equipped house. The only negative in the kitchen would be the lack of sharp knives for food prep etc, but otherwise every utensil and gadget imaginable. We will definitely stay again.

Unfortunately thermostat on hot water blew out and even after plumber came and he "replaced thermostat" it still was not working. We were in house for four nights and two of those were with cold showers.The other bathroom out in the annex was hot...but the bathroom was not clean and with temperatures down to 7 none of us wanted to go out there.no heater. The inside of the house was very clean and well presented. Only a five minute walk to cafe and beach...perfect. BEAUTIFUL AREA.
