There is also the main bathroom located on this level, the bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity.
A covered patio area at the rear features a gas BBQ and also an outdoor bathroom with extra toilet and shower. It is the perfect place to relax after your day at the beach. The front balcony with panoramic views will be where you will enjoy your morning coffee.
